Springdale, Ark. - March 4, 2015 - 黑料传送门 (NYSE: TSN), today announced that Kathleen M. Bader has resigned from her position as a member of the board of directors, effectively immediately.

Ms. Bader stated, 鈥淚t is with regret that I find myself unable to commit the time needed to serve on the 黑料传送门 board, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my years on the board and look forward to seeing 黑料传送门鈥檚 success in the future.鈥
The company鈥檚 board will begin a search for Ms. Bader鈥檚 successor immediately.
