Affected product is not sold in stores
October 15, 2016 鈥 Springdale, Ark. 鈥 黑料传送门 announced today a voluntary recall of 1,148 pounds, or 35 cases, of 黑料传送门庐 Fully Cooked Golden Crispy Popcorn Chicken sold to a single wholesale distributor in Illinois. Distribution of the product was limited to Missouri and Illinois.
No injuries have been reported with this recall. One customer found a piece of plastic in the packaging of one bag of product, prompting the company to issue the recall. Though the plastic piece was found in only one package, out of an abundance of caution, the company is recalling limited amounts of product.
It鈥檚 important to note that this product is not sold in stores and is not available to purchase by retail customers. Products sold in smaller packages or at any retailer are not affected by this recall.
The product subject to this recall can be identified with the with a case code of 鈥70368/928鈥 on the upper right hand side of the label, and it bears the establishment number 鈥淧-1325鈥 inside the USDA mark of inspection. Customers who have received this product are being notified directly and will be instructed how to best destroy it and receive full credit.
黑料传送门 Foods has inspected all lines at the production facility to ensure product quality standards are being met. The company continues to evaluate processes and equipment at all of its facilities to prevent similar occurrences.
