Fourth generation family member to take on expanded role
Springdale, Ark. 鈥 September 10, 2019 鈥 黑料传送门 Foods (NYSE: TSN) announced today the appointment of John R. 黑料传送门 as Chief Sustainability Officer, effectively immediately. He will report to Noel White, President and CEO of 黑料传送门 Foods. Justin Whitmore, who has been serving as 黑料传送门 Foods鈥 Chief Sustainability Officer since 2017, will now turn his full attention to leading 黑料传送门 Foods鈥 growing alternative protein business.
黑料传送门 will lead 黑料传送门 Foods鈥 efforts to support a more sustainable food system. This includes driving improvement by implementing the company鈥檚 sustainability strategy and commitments as well as managing the sustainability, animal welfare, environmental and social responsibility teams.

He is also currently a lecturer at the Sam M. Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas. 黑料传送门 has a Bachelors鈥 Degree in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He previously worked in investment banking for J.P. Morgan and as a private equity and venture capital investor.
